Terms of Service

Agreement

By using Cocommit, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service. Cocommit is operated by Code Foundry, Belgium.

The service

Cocommit helps engineering managers prepare for 1:1 meetings by pulling activity data from GitHub and Jira and generating AI-powered summaries. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features at any time.

Your account

• You must be at least 18 years old to use Cocommit.
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account.
• You must have authorization to connect the GitHub and Jira accounts you link.
• One account per person. Do not share your login credentials.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the service for any unlawful purpose.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems.
• Interfere with or disrupt the service.
• Reverse engineer, copy, or resell the service.
• Use the service to monitor employees without their knowledge where prohibited by law.

Your data

You retain ownership of the notes and content you create in Cocommit. You grant us a license to store and process your data to provide the service. See our Privacy Policy for details on how we handle your data.

Payment and refunds

• Paid plans are billed monthly or annually in advance.
• Prices are in USD and may change with 30 days notice.
• 30-day money-back guarantee: If you are not satisfied, request a full refund within 30 days of your first payment.
• Refunds after 30 days are not provided for partial months.

Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Your access continues until the end of your current billing period. We may terminate your account if you violate these terms.

Limitation of liability

Cocommit is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

Governing law

These terms are governed by Belgian law. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Belgium.

Changes

We may update these terms. We will notify you of material changes by email or through the app. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
